Ok so I haven’t been speaking alot about my roller derby life. So here it is every thing went flash forward. I passed my level 2 test now the final WFTDA test. The only thing that worries me is the 27/5, but I will keep going. Right now our leauge has gotten small so instead of being on the C team I am practicing and training with our be team. It was super fast at first and I didnt feel worthy.
But this is really great to jump right in with thw big dogs and get my feet wet. I love going to practice more often now. I really need to cross train because as scrimmage there is no time to catch a break as soon as one jam is off out line up has to get right back on. I love it! I put in the work and the progress shows. The same vet’s that I thought disliked my freshmeat guts came to me telling me I am great out on the track. Knees hurt alot atm too because I need better knee pads and I have to squat more while skating so I be stable. But our season started i am ready to hit the track then hit all the after parties
